How can I access Enterprise applications when the UIC NetID is expired?
Accessing Enterprise applications (tuition, pay bill) when the UIC NetID is expired
In
CSOMENU, user’s affiliation will read expired. The accounts will either be in
deleted status or will have already been deleted. If the person is a student,
the last term registered for will have been at least three semesters in the
past.
While the
NetID is expired, s/he may use his/her Enterprise ID to log into Enterprise
applications (usually to access transcripts or bill payment) via https://apps.uillinois.edu/selfservice/
Your Enterprise ID is the same in spelling as your NetID, although the passwords
are not necessarily the same. If you are having trouble logging into this page, your next step would be to call Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) at (312) 996-4806 or email at servicedeskaits@uillinois.edu.
