How do I check my Unity voicemail?
This article presents three different options on how to access your Unity voicemail.
From an external phone
- Dial (312) 355-0051
- Enter your 5-digit extension followed by #
- Enter your voicemail PIN number and press #
- Follow the voice prompts to play new messages
From an internal phone
- Dial 4000
- When you hear the greeting, press the * key
- Enter your 5-digit extension followed by #
- Enter your voicemail PIN number and press #
- Follow the voice prompts to play new messages
Online
You can also visit unityw1.voip.uic.edu/inbox and log in with your netID and password. Please note that in order to connect from outside the campus network, you will have to connect through the UIC VPN (https://accc.uic.edu/services/infrastructure/network/virtual-private-network).
If you do not have access to a computer or VPN, you can also call your number and press the * key. During the voicemail greeting log in with your phone number and PIN to access your voicemail from any telephone (the voice menu asks you to enter your ID, which is your five digit extension).
