Which systems are managed by the Hospital IS Helpdesk?

A list of systems maintained by the Hospital Information Services Helpdesk and not by Technology Solutions.

For UI Hospital employees, the following systems are maintained by the Hospital Information Services Helpdesk:


  1. UI Hospital passwords/"Password Station" website
  2. UI Hospital portal
  3. Cerner
  4. Citrix (when used to access UI Hospital resources)
  5. UI Hospital LMS
  6. Exchange email(outlook.uic.edu)

 Note: The systems on this list are for Hospital IS Helpdesk and not maintained by Technology Solutions.

To reach the Hospital IS Helpdesk for assistance with these systems,  call 312-413-7717 or email ishelp@uic.edu (subject must be the word 'Service' and emails that include anything else aside from the word 'Service' will be rejected.
