University Bursar - How do I update my mailing address?

It is imperative that you maintain a current address on file to ensure receipt of university mailings. To update your address, follow the instructions below for your university:

Urbana-Champaign

  1. 1 Select your University from Self-Service
  2. 2 Enter NetID and Password and click "Log In"
  3. 3 Verify your identity
  4. 4 In the “Student Self-Service” card, choose "Home Page"
  5. 5 Under “General Information," select "Update Personal Information"
  6. 6 Under “Address” select the Pencil icon below the Mailing Address to update
  7. 7 Enter address information and click "Update"

Chicago and Springfield

  1. 1 Select your University from Self-Service
  2. 2 Enter NetID and Password and click "Log In"
  3. 3 Verify your identity
  4. 4 In the “Student Self-Service” card, choose "Home Page"
  5. 5 Under “Registration and General Information Pages,” select "Personal Information"
  6. 6 Under “Address” select the Pencil icon below the Mailing Address to update
  7. 7 Enter address information and click "Update"
