UPB - Setting User Preferences for Earn Codes

By default, PARIS limits earn code selections to the most common adjustment earn codes. If your adjustment requires an earn code that is not shown, you have the option to display all earn codes in the User Preferences menu.

Open user preferences

1. Log in to PARIS.
2. Open the Admin Tools menu.
3. Select the User Preferences menu.

Select your earnings code display preference

1. Select the PRV PARIS option.
2. Deselect the PUA EARN CODES box in the Setting column.

Save

1. Select the Save button to apply selections.
2. Other options:
   1. Select the Cancel button if you do not wish to apply your selections.
   2. Select the Restore Defaults button to remove any of your previously saved selections.
   3. Select the Save button to apply either of the above options.
