- AirMedia Wireless Presentation Device
- AirMedia Connect Adapter - Allows laptops to connect to the AirMedia and access the Speaker/Microphone/Camera in the room just by plugging in the adapter

Room Technology Guide
Make sure the A/V system is on. If none of the lights on the six-button keypad are lit up, press the “SYSTEM ON/OFF” button.
Option 1: Resident computer
- On the six-button keypad, press the button labeled “PC”.
- Login using your university credentials.
Option 2: Wireless Presenting (Crestron Air Media)
- On the six-button keypad, press the button labeled “Wireless”
- Plug the AirMedia Connect Adapter into a USB-C port on your device. Your device should automatically connect.
- Connect to the room conferencing equipment.

- Wait for the peripheral button on the adapter
to turn white. - Tap the peripheral button. It will turn green, indicating the camera, speakers and microphones are connected.
- You may need to manually select the camera, speakers and microphone in the settings for the video conferencing app you are using.
- Wait for the peripheral button on the adapter
If you don’t have a USB-C port available on your device you can also connect via AirPlay on Apple Devices, or Miracast on Windows devices by following the directions on the screen.
