Zoom, What Zoom AI features are available?
This article details which Zoom AI features are available to Illinois Zoom users and provides detailed documentation on how to enable and use them.
The Zoom Workplace platform has AI features that can be enabled by users for use in the desktop client, on the web, and in meetings. These features are free for licensed users at the University of Illinois.
Please note that not all Zoom AI features are available to Illinois Zoom users and that Zoom AI settings are disabled by default. Additionally, Zoom has introduced a paid add-on feature called ZoomMate, which is not currently available to Illinois Zoom users.

To enable Zoom AI settings on your Illinois account
- Navigate to https://illinois.zoom.us/ and sign in
- Click your profile picture in the upper right corner and select Settings
- Select Zoom AI from the side panel if it is not already highlighted
- Enable any settings you want to use
