SCS Microanalysis Sample Submission Page

External Users:

You must have an active TTA agreement with the microanalysis lab (contact Microanalysis to get a copy). Once a TTA is in place, an account in FBS will be setup for you. Please use the email login option at the FBS web portal to submit samples.

If you need to add users to your group or have issues with your login, please email Danielle Gray and include the TTA number in the email.

After a year, external users should reach out to the microanalysis lab to find out if their TTA is still active.

All Samples for ICP, CHN, and Halide analysis must have an additional theoretical sample composition form attached to the corresponding FBS analysis request form . Download blank forms below:

Internal UIUC Users and UIC Users:

• If you haven't done so, please refer to the submission guidlines for instructions on submitting samples.
• Use the FBS web portal to submit samples.
• If you do not have an active login or have difficulties logging into FBS, please use your Illinois email account to email Danielle Gray (dgray@illinois.edu) to request access. In the email, please include your advisor's name and email address. DO NOT use the "Request Access" link on the FBS website.
