Chrome (Windows) - Enable or Disable the Pop-Up Blocker

1. Open Chrome.
2. Open the More menu by clicking the three vertical dots in the top right corner. 
3. From the drop-down menu, select Settings. 
4. Locate and click on Privacy and Security in the left-hand menu pane.
5. Click on Site Settings.
6. Locate and click on Pop-ups and redirects.
7. Under the Default behavior section, click and highlight the option that you want as your default setting. 
8. Exit the Settings page once you are finished. Your preference should now be set.
