Overview

For students using Piazza's Network, the optional, opt-in feature to connect with employees may in some instances be inaccessible. This is not a required feature to participate in class.

Description of Issues

Certain elements of the Network might not be accessible to some users. Please see the description below: 

• The student Network page is not yet fully accessible by keyboard, including adding a new post and the search functions.

Alternative Access Plan

For students interested in using the Network feature who are experiencing issues, please use LinkedIn and Handshake to connect with potential employers. Additionally, please don't hesitate to report any issues to the Piazza team via email at team@piazza.com or call at 800-818-4124.

Planned Fixes

Piazza is aware of these issues with the Network and is working on an update that will be instituted soon. We will update this KnowledgeBase document accordingly.
