If you are experiencing a problem with information in BA4, used by ACES, we recommend you first contact your business manager to determine if they have insight into the problem.

If it is a problem or bug in the software, you can report the issue to Priority Software, the developers of BA4, by clicking the red and white circle from the home screen

and then filling out the "request assistance" form that displays.
