A/V Guide
There are 3 options to Present:
- HDMI Cable: use HDMI connection on resident computer
- Resident PC: Select PC as source on the remote
- Wireless device: connect to Mersive Solstice (see instructions below):
Wireless Presentation Instructions:
To present using the wireless device, use the TV remote and select 'HDMI2' as the source:
If done correctly, you will see this screen:

- The Solstice app should already be installed on your system. If not please install the app by going to the Web browser, enter the URL shown on the screen(In this case, 130.126.127.158)

- The screen on your device will display two options:
- Install Solstice pod (Click this to install the app)
- Already have my app installed (Click this to open the app)
- After opening the app, enter the 4 digit code displayed on the screen, in to the app
- Or if the app is listing the classrooms, click on the desired classroom to present, enter the 4 digit code displayed on the projector screen
- The screen on your device will display two options:

- Click on the desired classroom to present
- Click on the required screen i.e "Desktop" to share from the app, on the mobile device

- The Device will start screen sharing
- Disconnect the device when done with presenting
- When done (if there are no subsequent classes), please make sure to turn off the TV.
Special note: please do NOT unplug the HDMI cable! If you run into issues using one of these presentation modes, please contact ABE IT at abe-techsupport@illinois.edu.
