    • Why this matters: There was a recent driver update. Removing the old driver ensures the most up-to-date and compatible version is installed.
  3. Add the Updated Printer

    • In the Start Menu search bar, type: \\ahs-print
    • Press Enter.
    • Locate RST-Copier in the list.
    • Right-click the printer and select Connect (or double-click to add it).
  4. Enable Secure Print in Printing Preferences

    • Return to Printers & scanners.
    • Select RST-Copier on ahs-print
    • Click Printing Preferences.

      Printing Preferences

    • In the Xerox printing preferences window, stay on the Printing Options tab.
    • Under Job Type, change Normal Print to Secure Print.

      Job Types

    • Enter and confirm a 4-10 digit passcode.

      Passcode

    • Tip: Choose a passcode that’s easy to remember. You can return here anytime to change the passcode or switch back to Normal Print.
  5. You are now ready to use Secure Print at the printer.
