Zoom, Fix Audio Issues (Windows)

Sometimes Zoom has poor audio quality from a built-in mic on a Windows laptop. Follow this quick guide to change an audio setting to improve the sound.

In the Zoom desktop client, open Settings (gear icon, top-right)

Select "Audio" settings

Select "Advanced"

Change the "Signal Processing" drop-down from "Auto" to "Off (Windows - Raw)"

Close the windows.
