Printing, Setting Accounting Codes on a Windows Computer
Note: Please confirm the copier you are attempting to setup an Account Track code for has been installed to your computer. If it has not, please refer to the following KB article: Connect a Windows Computer to Gies Networked Printers.
Search for "Printers & Scanners" in Windows and select "Open".

In "Printers & Scanners", select the newly installed copier.

In the options for the copier, select "Printing Preferences".

A new window will load, where you can select the option "Authentication/Account Track...".

In the following popup, enter the departmental code that has been provided to you in the "Password" field.
Select "Verify." and wait for the popup to confirm the code is verified.
Finally, select "Ok."

Lastly, in order to confirm your Account Tracking code is set and remembered, select "Apply".

That's it! You should now be able to print to your selected copier with your department's provided account track code.
