Lactation Room - Reservation Mazevo
Overview - DRAFT - This reservation system not yet in use
Bookings are managed through the Vet Med Mazevo system. You can log into the application with your University email and University password (Shibboleth single sign-on). If you have followed the instructions below but cannot access the application, contact IT@vetmed.illinois.edu for assistance.
The room is reservable from 24 hrs, 7 days a week. Please make reservations in 30 minutes lengths unless you require a full hour. Up to three 1-hr sessions can be scheduled a day. If you need more than an hour to pump, please request an accommodation from campus. Please be sure to cancel your reservation if not needed. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.
Lactation rooms are located in SAC 289, SAC 02, and BSB 2645. At the present time time only the SAC rooms are on this new reservation system. SAC 289 is also reservable as a reflection space.
- If located outside the lactation room, scan the QR code outside the room instead of using the login above.
- Login in with your NetId@illinois.edu email address. This will redirect you to the University Shibboleth login page (email, password, 2FA).
- If prompted to select an Organization, select University of Illinois, Veterinary Medicine.
- Enter the Date and Time
- Number of People = 1
- For Event Name, please enter your First Name or Initials for easy identification later. (Figure 4)
- For Event Type, select Lactation Reservation. (Figure 4)
- Select your Organization, Number of People = 1 (Figure 4)
- Click Book Room.
- Your reservation is complete.
- Access the reservation system: https://mymazevo.com/login.
- From the home screen click on Event Book.
- Search All Building. You can Enter Lactation in the Search bar on the Sort Rooms row to narrow further. It will show as one of the rooms in the Event Book (Figure 2)
- Booked reservations show as a green bar. All other times without the bar are available.
- Double click on an available time or click the "+" sign next to Lactation Room to use the quick entry method to reserve the room.
Method 3: Reserve via Add New Request (best for recurring) from your Office
- Login in with your NetId@illinois.edu email address. This will redirect you to the University Shibboleth login page (email, password, 2FA).
- If prompted to select an Organization, select University of Illinois, Veterinary Medicine.
- Select Add New Request (Figure 3)
- For Event Name, please enter your First Name or Initials. (Figure 4)
- For Event Type, select Lactation Reservation. (Figure 4)
- Select your Organization, Number of People = 1 and hit Next (Figure 4)
- Select your start and end time (Figure 5). You can have it repeat on different frequency under the Repeat option (Figure 6). You can select multiple dates on the calendar so long as they are all for the same time.
- Click Next
- Select Veterinary Teaching Hospital (SAC) and Find Rooms (Figure 7)
- By default, the form will show Available Rooms. If Lactation Room is not listed, click Unavailable Rooms (Figure 8). You can then Click on the Reason next to Lactation Room to see why it is not available (Figure 9)
- Check the box for Lactation Room. Note: If Lactation Room does not show up, it is not available during the selected time.
- Click Request Room.
- Your reservation is complete.
- You can add it to your calendar by clicking on the event row, clicking Add to Calendar, then opening the automatically downloaded .ics file.
- From the home screen you can see all your bookings under My Events.
