VetSOAP AI Medical Transcription

VetSOAP is an AI powered medical transcription software to assist with clinical notetaking. The tool is intended to improve efficiency, accuracy, and completeness of medical records.

Be sure to review VTH Policy #MR213 before using this software.  Especially important is that all audio recordings require two-party consent before initiating any recording.

Account Creation

  1. Go to website https://www.vetsoap.ai/start.
  2. Complete the form using your @illinois.edu account.
  3. In the "Name of Clinic/Hospital" field enter University of Illinois
  4. In the "Hospital website URL" enter your role as one of the following:  Faculty, Staff, House Officer, or DVM Student
