What happens after you leave the College?

Students:

Staff & Faculty:

Staff & Faculty who exit the college and are not retiring keep their email for 30 days. After this, the email will be deleted after an additional 30 days. 

Staff & Faculty who are retiring from the University keep their email (online only), their library card, and internet connectivity.

Affiliates:

Affiliate 4th year students, staff, & faculty are all granted emails and other services based on a 1 year rotation. Once this year is up, the staff or faculty that sponsored you will have to re-sponsor you.

Affiliate students will lose access to their Illinois email immediately once a full calendar year has passed.
