Mersive Solstice Pod Instruction
Note: The previously available Solstice Display Software is no longer supported, and Solstice is now only available in rooms equipped with a physical Mersive Solstice Pod device.
The Mersive Solstice Pod is a wireless collaboration device that enables users to share content from their laptop or smartphone to a display through the Mersive Solstice desktop or phone application. Solstice supports Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS devices (via AirPlay), and allows multiple users to cast simultaneously.

When in a room equipped with a Solstice Pod, use the control touchpanel to navigate to the appropriate Solstice display input. If no touchpanel is available in the room, use the display remote control or device buttons to change the display Input to the appropriate HDMI source.

When on the correct input you will be presented with the following screen which provides instructions on how to begin sharing from your device. Ensure you are on the correct Wi-Fi network and access the Mersive Solstice desktop or phone application. If you do not already have this application, you can download it by following the First Time? instructions on this screen.

Within the Solstice application, search for the name of the room you are attempting to share to and select the correct display. You will then be prompted to input a code shown on the display to verify you are connecting to the correct device.

Once successfully connected to the device you will be prompted to select what you would like to display; your entire desktop, a specific window, or a specific media file. Select your desired content and the system will automatically begin the sharing session. Note that this screen also presents the Disconnect option to quit your session. Please Disconnect from a device when you are finished sharing.

While sharing a management bar should appear at the top of your screen allowing you to Change your sharing source or Stop your sharing session.
