How should questions and problems regarding CrashPlan be escalated?
Currently customers are encouraged to email problems to firstname.lastname@example.org for automatic ticket creation within TDX.
Please include the word 'CRASHPLAN' in the subject.
If a pre-existing ticket needs to be escalated, use the following:
