NetID Claim, How to claim a NetID as an Affiliate

I am a new Affiliate to the University of Illinois and I need to claim my NetID, how do I do that?

To claim your NetID as an Affiliate you will need to go to https://identity.uillinois.edu/iamFrontEnd/iam/netidRegistration

On this screen, you will enter your UIN and the Activation Token sent to you via email. The UIN and Activation Token will each arrive in separate emails to the address provided in the form when the Affiliate NetID was requested. The subject line should be "New Affiliation Activated".
