How to request EDDIE access:

Start here to find your USC

Your USC will request access using the form available here

Here is the information the USC must provide:

  • Data Desired: Service Desk Reporting
  • Data User Role/Job Category: Data Analyst (Limited) 
  • Intended use of data: [Explain any intended uses, such as pulling the data into Power BI and/or running aggregate reports for your TDX unit]
  • Reason for making the request: [Justification; potentially same as above]
  • Does user have a signed Information Compliance form on file: Yes
  • Has user attended FERPA training: Yes
