If you have the document number:

1. Open Banner and type FGIDOCR
2. Enter the document number WSXXXXXX in field called DOCUMENT (ex: WS046122) > click GO
3. Click RELATED (towards the top right corner) > and choose FOATEXT from the drop down menu

If you do not have a document number:

1. Open Banner and type FGIBDST
2. Tab down and enter CFOP information (ex: 1-1000xx(fund for the fiscal year)-934000(org)-153807(acct)-934004(prog))>click GO
3. Highlight 153807 account code and click RELATED (towards the top right corner)
4. Select the Transaction Detail Information (FGITRND) from the drop down menu
5. Highlight the account number of the item in question > click RELATED > select Query Document by Type from the drop down menu > Click GO
6. Click RELATED > Select Document FOATEXT from the drop down menu
