Webstore, Refund Policy
What is your Refund Policy?
Refund policies vary by product and vendor, but if the software is unopened and uninstalled and you purchased it in the previous 30 days, you may receive a refund. This policy does not apply to eText offers that state they are non-refundable.
Please email your refund request to webstore@illinois.edu with your WebStore order/receipt number and the date of your purchase. We will let you know if the refund is possible or if additional information is needed.
