Teams Contact Center, Cannot Login to TouchPoint
If you are not fully logged into Teams and try to use Touchpoint, you will be prompted for your login credentials.
If you try to enter credentials, you receive an error message like the one below (“Your computer does not have a telephone line associated with it. Contact your System Administrator.”).
Follow these steps, in order, to correct the issue:
- Close TouchPoint by clicking the "x" in the TouchPoint window.
- Open Teams and sign in to it. Wait for Teams to fully load and show presence for you and others.
- Re-open TouchPoint.
