ISA User Access - Renewal

Renewing ISA access (IAM Support Application)

In order to maintain your ability to assist your clients with resetting their passwords, your ISA access must be reviewed and renewed annually.

Email notifications are sent to ISA users to inform them when their access will expire in 30 days or less. When you are notified that your access needs to be renewed, select your campus from the list below for a Knowledge Base article with renewal instructions:


The expiration warning email you receive will resemble this:
