WebStore, Credit Card Being Billed for Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription
Why is my credit card being billed for my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription?
Customers who have purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud Work at Home offer from the WebStore for $5 may find their credit card is being billed monthly for renewal.
Why does this happen?
This occurs if your provided billing information to Adobe when redeeming an Adobe Work at Home code in the past. When you provide the billing information, you agree to an Automatic renewal of the subscription once the 12-month code has expired.
Entering billing information is not required during the redemption process, and WebStore instructions specifically advised not to enter billing information.
How can I stop this?
To stop the automatic billing, you must contact Adobe Customer Care and cancel the subscription.
