My health and COVID status features are missing in Safer Illinois. How do I access all of the features?
Users who have not connected their NetID will only see a limited set of features in Safer Illinois, as shown in the following image.
To access all of the features:
- Go to the Settings screen by tapping the "gear" icon in the upper-right of the home screen.
- Verify you are logged in with the message "Connected as [your name here]"
- If you are not connect, tap on Connect your NetID and complete the login process.
- Verify your COVID-19 Secret Keys are Valid and Paired.
