Zoom, Allow viewers to download Zoom recordings with share link

This article describes how to tailor your Zoom share link to allow viewers the ability to download.

Please follow the steps below to allow viewers to download your Zoom recordings.

  1. Navigate to https://illinois.zoom.us and sign in. Instructions on how to log into UIUC Zoom can be found at: Zoom, Logging In
  2. Click the Recordings option on the left side menu.

  3. Click the Cloud Recordings tab along the top.
    The Cloud recordings tab, found the the left of the Local Recordings tab after having clicked the Recordings button on the left hand navigation menu within the Zoom web portal.
  4. Find the recording you wish to share
  5. Click the Share button on the right side of the specified recording

  6. In the share options menu, toggle Viewers can download to on.
