Active Directory, Account Locked after password reset
If you think your AD account has been locked, please contact the Tech Services Help Desk to have them check and unlock your account.
I reset my password and it doesn't work all the time or at all.
Typically this happens after entering an incorrect password too many times in a short period or when you have saved passwords on your device and have just reset your password.
Common saved passwords on computers, laptops and smart devices:
