NetID Center, Set and modify your recovery options

There are three recovery options that you can set in the event that you have forgotten your password. You are required to have at least one recovery option on file, but having multiple options is encouraged. If you do not have access to any of your recovery options, you will need to visit the Help Desk with an ID or call in (resetting your password over the phone might not always be an option depending on your situation).
  1. Visit the NetID Center and login with your NetID and password.

  2. Under the Recovery Settings section, click on "Edit Settings"

3. Input at least one of the three options for password recovery in the boxes on screen. If you need to use an international phone number, click on the button on the left with the flag icon to display a drop down menu where you can change the country.

When you have filled out at least one of the options, you can click "Save".
