WebStore, Installing Adobe Creative Cloud Software on multiple computers
The U of I Enterprise Adobe subscription does not limit the number of computers that Adobe applications can be installed on. However, Adobe limits an end user to sign-in and use the software on two computers simultaneously.
UI members may use the personal Enterprise Adobe subscription from Webstore to install Adobe applications on multiple computers, both personal and university-owned. It is not necessary to order multiple Adobe subscription to install Adobe software on more than two computers.
Adobe apps can be installed on Windows computers with 32 and 64 bit processors, and Mac computers with Intel or Silicon chips. As with any application, please make sure your system meets the requirements for the specific Adobe app you are wanting to install. Some Adobe programs require specific graphics processors, larger memory or ample hard drive space so always check prior to installing.

For end users who will be installing Adobe apps on different computers themselves
The best practice is to open a browser directly on the local computer you wish to install the Adobe apps on. Go to https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms and login. Download the Adobe app into the local downloads or desktop folder of the computer. Do NOT download it onto a network or cloud drive. Install the app from the local folder. This will avoid permissions problems and compatibility issues when trying to install Adobe apps on different systems.
You can also use this step-by-step Adobe installation guide.
University members with university-owned computers may run into a permissions issue right away if they are trying to install Adobe apps on a university-owned computer that is managed by IT services.
When they go to your Adobe apps panel it will be blank and look like this. There will be a message saying "You don't have access to manage apps".
If that is the issue you are facing, then please see KB 128870.The permissions restriction only applies to managed university computers. In the rare case that the issue exists on a personal computer, then use the solution on KB 107858.
