Webstore, Windows for Mac

I am currently using a Mac and would like to run Windows 8/10/11, but I only see upgrades available for students (I'm not currently running any Windows to upgrade from...) Is there a way to get a discounted full version of Windows?

Windows Upgrade licenses include rights to dual boot with the Mac OS and/or run inside of a VM. This is a special exception made for Academic licenses. Customers acquiring the Windows Upgrade license under the Campus agreements offers may install and run the qualifying OS and Windows  8 10 or 11 simultaneously on the licensed device.
