Email, Mass Text Messages

Is there a service available similar to Illini-Alert that can send mass text messages?

Unfortunately there is no service that we currently provide to the larger campus community that can send mass text messages.

Vendors whom have previously been evaluated are: Whispir.com and Twilio.com
