Identity Management, Staff, NetID transfer from another campus

A faculty or staff member comes to work at Urbana and needs a netID created transferred new hire

 
A faculty or staff transfer from another campus will not go through New Hire to obtain their netID.
A netID will need to be manually created by IAM staff to match their University netID at the other campus, but an employee record or appointment in the Urbana Banner instance must be entered by the new department.
Please contact the Tech Services Help Desk at consult@illinois.edu to request a netID.
The following staff member has transferred from another campus and needs a netID at Urbana. The UIN and netID are as follows: [enter UIN and netID]. Could you please create one manually? Thank you!
