Identity Management, Link in Sponsor email for Affiliate NetID doesn't work

I received an email to approve an Affiliate NetID that I sponsored, but the link to approve the request doesn't work.

If you receive an email asking for an Affiliate NetID approval, you have to be on the Campus Network or logged into the University VPN in order to approve the request.
