EDDIE - My UI Financials Reports Won't Open

Ever since the switch to BO 4.3 My UI Financials reports won't open.

ISSUE: User runs a report in My UI Financials, and it never opens. They get 3 blue dots, endlessly pulsing at the top of the screen.

SOLUTION:

  • Log in to EDDIE
  • Click the blue, circle icon in the upper right corner, and click Settings.

  • Click Application Settings, make sure Open in Reading mode is set to Web Client, and click Save in the bottom right corner.
