Chrome (Windows) - Using the Pop-Up Blocker

Open Chrome.

Click More (three vertical grey dots) and select Settings.

Find and click the Privacy and Security section.

Then choose Site Settings.

Click on Pop-ups and redirects.

Finally, select the option that you want to set as your default setting.
