Application Manager (Appworx) 9.6.1 - How do I install the client for Windows?

Installation instructions for Application Manager (AppWorx) 9.6.1 for Windows users.

Please use for AMTEST only.  AMPROD will be updated to version 9.6.1 on 10/18/2025 and AMDEV will be updated to version 9.6.1 on 10/31/2025.

Chrome is recommended when installing the new client.

  1. Download the new AppWorx client from here: https://uofi.box.com/s/wjrrrlmc6ctj6ijes65mty0onm3bfzp5
  2. Open the AppWorxClient-9.6.1-no-admin.exe once it downloads
  3. You’ll receive warning messages similar to the ones below when launching the executable.

After the install is complete you will see a new shortcut saved to desktop:

If you would like to uninstall old versions when no longer needed, go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features right click on the specific client (example: Appworx Client 9.5.2) and select uninstall.
