To add or change organizations for an existing user, please contact your respective Budget Office at: UIUC - 217-333-9526; UIC - 312-996-4951; UIS - 217-206-6003.

For new access to budget development, please email AITS Service Desk at servicedeskaits@uillinois.edu or call them at (217) 333-3102 or (312) 996-4806. AITS Security will forward to OBFS Finance Security for approval.  After approval, AITS Security will need to provision the access for "Self Service Access" and "Self Service Budget Planner Authorizations" in FOMPROF.  To log on to the application, please go to the website Enterprise Application and click on Administrative Application/Finance/Web for Finance.
