When a table is more than 1-page long, the header row only appears at the top of the first page.

To display the header row on each page...

• Make sure you are in Design mode (ALT+2) and click inside the table so the table is outlined in blue.

• In the Format panel, click Report Element Format in the top row of icons and Layout settings in the bottom row of icons.

• In the Layout section, check the box next to Repeat vertical header on every page.

If you have breaks in your report, and you want the break headers to display at the top of each page...

• Make sure you are in Design mode (ALT+2) and click inside the table so the table or an element within the table is selected.
• In the Format panel, click Report Element Data in the top row of icons and Break panel on the bottom row of icons.

• Click the Settings icon in the break record and check the box next to Repeat header on every page.

You can also Freeze the header (or footer) row so it stays visible as you scroll down pages in your report.

• In the Display section of the Toolbar, click the Freeze all table headers icon. This will freeze all headers in the report.
