On Sunday November 24 between 6:00am-3:00pm, AITS Service Desk will only be available by phone at 217-333-3102 or 312-996-4806
Our ticketing system is being upgraded on Sunday November 24. The AITS Service Desk support email and self-service support options will be offline between 6:00am-3:00pm.
