New default search behavior on systemoffices KB

When searching from answers.uillinois.edu/systemoffices, the default search behavior has been changed to "Title + Keywords".
The previous default setting was "Full Text Search". This change was made to increase the accuracy of search results and reduce the number of search results. You can still perform a full text search from the Advanced Search options.
