As part of the University's effort to rebrand from University Administration to System Offices, the KnowledgeBase base URL will be changing on May 17, 2018 at 5 PM.
The URL is changing from https://answers.uillinois.edu/ua to https://answers.uillinois.edu/systemoffices. Our vendor will make every effort to minimize impact and redirect traffic from the old URL to the new URL. Please feel free to report any links that do not work and change your bookmarks accordingly.
