My-UI-Financials - Chart of Accounts (CoA) Update

A change to the Chart of Accounts within Eddie was made. The changes have not been made on the data transfer from My-UI-Financials side causing reporting error.

Issue:

  • When a report from My-UI-Financials is selected and click OK on the prompt menu in Eddie, an error occurs and no data is retrieved:

  • Error Message: "No data retrieved in Query 1"

Solution

  • Select the report as normal:

    Report List

  • When 'Prompts' window opens in Eddie, select the first option 'Enter Chart of Accounts' then click the refresh icon above the search box and select the correct CoA Code-Title:

    CoA

    Successful Report

 

Note: This is the current solution until the reporting data prompts are updated from My-UI-Financials to Eddie.
