AITS - Service Desk - NetID Center - I Forgot my NetID/UIN

How to retrieve your NetID or UIN in the event that you cannot remember them.

Go to the NetID Center at http://identity.uillinois.edu and click Forgot your NetID?

Enter your UIN in order to identify which account you are looking for.  If you have forgotten your UIN, click Look up your UIN, which will take you to the i-card website.

Enter UIN

Once the correct UIN is entered, you can use one of the use one of the recovery options you set up previously on your account.
