AITS - Service Desk - iTravel - Access and Login

iTravel is used to book travel for University employees. This document will show how to correct common issues with iTravel.

Your NETid needs to be added to iTravel first!
Please send an email to aitsadsdtamfinance@uillinois.edu, with your UIN, name, email address, and a description of your issue. Your iTravel account will be activated within one business day.

You can log onto https://go.uillinois.edu/iTravel from the Travel Resource page.
If you sign on to iTravel with your NETid and password you are brought to the Concur Login page your NETid and password needs to be registered with iTravel. Please send an email to aitsadsdtamfinance@uillinois.edu, with your UIN, name, email address, and a description of your issue. Your iTravel account will be activated within one business day.  However, designated Travel Arrangers(anyone arranging travel for other employees or guests to the university) should also contact Business & Finance Travel Office at tmo@uillinois.edu to establish additional, required permissions.

If your legal name is incorrect, this must be corrected prior to booking airline travel.
Once you have logged into iTravel, go to 'Profile Settings' under Profile in the top right-hand corner. Under 'Personal Information', update the ‘First Name’, ‘Middle Name’ and ‘Last Name’ fields as they appear on your travel documents.
