How do I log on to iTravel?

iTravel is used to book travel for University employees. This document will show how to correct common issues with iTravel.


You can log onto go.uillinois.edu/iTravel or from the OBFS iTravel Resource page.

If you sign on to iTravel with your NETid and password and are brought to the Concur Login page your NETid and password need to registered with iTravel. Please send an email to aitsadsdtamfinance@uillinois.edu, with your UIN, name, email address, and a description of your issue. Your iTravel account will be activated within one business day.

If your legal name is incorrect, this must be corrected prior to booking airline travel. Once you have logged into iTravel, go to 'Profile Settings' under Profile in the top right-hand corner. Under 'Personal Information',
update the ‘First Name’, ‘Middle Name’ and ‘Last Name’ fields as they appear on your travel documents.
