UPB – Adding and Removing Proxy Users in Web Time Entry
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to add proxy users to employee timesheets.
- Log in to the Employee Dashboard.
- Select Approve Time.
- Select Proxy Super User.
To Add a New Proxy User
- Select Add a new proxy.
- Select the employee from the drop-down menu to add as a proxy.
NOTE: To conduct a search of employees, begin typing the last name of the employee and choose from the list.
To Remove a Proxy User
- Select the users to remove as a proxy.
NOTE: You can remove multiple proxy users. - Select Delete Proxies.
- Select Yes on the dialog box.
