System-level development programs
President's Executive Leadership Program
A unique professional development opportunity for selected senior-level faculty and administrators across the University of Illinois System. Consisting of four seminars held during a 12-month period, the leadership program broadens participants' understanding of higher education issues and strengthens their skill sets in leading and managing a public institution.
Professional Staff Leadership Academy
The Academy utilizes superior leadership principles and applications to develop key professionals. Through relationships built across the University of Illinois System, the program uses the knowledge of university staff, executives, academic theory and practical applications to foster an environment where leaders can emerge.
Business & Finance Training Program
This training program is a series of courses and learning tracks that foster proficiency in performing business transactions and operations, saving time and money. It includes optional training to help you become more effective on the job, as well as required training that must be completed to attain or maintain access to various systems and tools.
