System HR - Search Committee Training

This training is required for anyone that serves on a System Office search committee.

After viewing the training video, hiring managers and search committee members should:

  • Understand their role as a search committee member.
  • Identify ways to avoid biases.
  • Implement best practices for interviewing.
  • Become aware of federal and state laws that impact recruiting and selection.

Note:You do not need to view the training each time you are on a search committee, but will be expected to take a refresher every two years.
